This Meetup is a 3-4 Hour Workshop presented by a well known, experienced Master Facilitator who has been teaching, educating and coaching people for 30+ years and who is an expert in the human condition.
The workshop will give you a new perspective on how you can create happiness in your life, no matter what is going. You will come away with several, easy to use strategies to create happiness, empowerment and well being in your life, 24/7.
Sometimes, we don’t even realize that we are not happy. We have gotten use to “unhappy” or “stressed’ as our norm. We will show you how you can change this and get you to a place of permanent “happy.”
We all want to be Happy. When we want more money, a better relationship, a new car or nicer body it is because we want what we think that will make us feel, which is HAPPY!
The question is, “What does ‘Happy’ really mean?”
The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines happiness as a “state of well being and contentment, joy”. And that makes total sense. However, our definition of well being and contentment is totally subjective and determined by our emotions, feelings, belief systems and perceptions of life. All of these factors are constantly changing and fleeting at best.
Happiness is like a drop of mercury. We can have it, see it, hold it in our hands in one moment and in the next it can slip right through our fingers. Being happy is like hitting a moving target that we seeming have no control over. Here is the great news- we actually do!
Happiness is a Choice. Ultimately, happiness is a choice we each make, or not. We determine if we want to be happy. When we say YES to Happiness we learn that there are many simple strategies that will support us in being happy.
