Once this understanding is integrated we can effect changes in each of our bodies which will lead to a unification of all of the bodies and a significant shift in the way we live and experience life.
In this process we learn how to feel safe in all aspects of our bodies — first in the Physical Body, then in the Mental Body, then in the Emotional Body, and ultimately in the Spiritual Body.
Each principle will be elucidated by the author’s personal story as well as with case studies of individuals whom the author has assisted through her practice.
The book also includes a 77 page Reference Guide to keeping the immune system healthy and vibrant, which is the key to keeping the energy in our physical bodies flowing. From this place the other bodies are more more easily integrated.
